Just read (most of) the April/May edition of “Active for Justice”. Was quite impressed! I’d been telling myself that I’d read up on Colorado water laws and practices for several years. Your articles filled a big gap. By the way, can you guys describe some states or nations that have particularly equitable, rational water laws? I’d like to hear about them.
